It is the vision of Family Restoration Coalition (FRC) to marshal sufficient church and volunteer capacity to absorb every family who would welcome FRC’s services, in Austin Texas and beyond.

But what does this look like?

Beyond Austin, how do we grow and operate?

State of Texas Dept of Family & Protective Services (DFPS) has 11 Regions, to which FRC will map

FRC to hire field coordinator(s) per county to coordinate ministry operations with local state workers and churches

Field Coordinator hires to come primarily from volunteer base – individuals who demonstrate commitment, effectiveness, and leadership in their volunteer service with FRC

FRC Regional directors lead & manage local field coordinators

Statewide executive leadership coupled with regional advisory / governing councils

Goal is sustainable growth, with continuous quality assurance and improvement

Is this really possible?

We don't know!

But we believe that our mission is close to the heart of God, that God can accomplish anything, and that His church is full of big gospel-hearted people everywhere who would join us.

To that end we pray and work!
